Terms of Service

1. Account

18+ only. You are solely responsible for all activity under your credentials, API keys and proxy logins, and for keeping them secure. Any use of your credentials is deemed use by you.

2. AS IS — no warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” with no warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, speed, location accuracy, IP quality / reputation / blacklist status, compatibility with any third-party site, or anonymity. Marketing figures are illustrative only. We may change, limit or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

3. Lawful use only

You are solely responsible for your use and for complying with all laws, sanctions, and third-party terms. No illegal use, hacking, spam, fraud, abuse, scraping in violation of law, or reselling/sharing accounts unless your plan allows it. Bans, blacklists, CAPTCHAs or blocks resulting from your use are solely your risk.

4. Suspension / termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected violation, risk, non-payment or chargeback — without refund or compensation. On termination all licenses end and resources, credits and keys may be revoked.

5. Payments — all sales final

All fees, top-ups and subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law. No prorations or compensation for downtime or blocking. Prices, taxes, processor and blockchain fees are your responsibility. Crypto payments are irreversible; loss from wrong address, network, token or underpayment is yours. Chargebacks may lead to suspension, forfeiture of balance, and recovery of our costs.

6. Liability cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, lost-profit or data-loss damages. Our aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the lesser of (a) amounts you paid in the 3 months before the event or (b) USD 1; if you paid nothing, it is zero.

7. Indemnity / general

You defend and indemnify us against all claims arising from your use, violation of these Terms or law, or payment disputes. Force majeure applies.
